to you and your child to Scoil Iósaf, Castlemartyr. Our fundamental aim is to provide your child with the most inclusive and holistic education possible in a positive, safe and stimulating environment during their most formative years. We are extremely fortunate to have a wonderful school staff who are committed to ensuring every child reaches his/her potential and at the end of 6th class, bids Scoil Iósaf a fond farewell having learnt lessons and skills for life. You will see from the many photographs and information released that all facets of each child’s character are celebrated - the academic to sporting to the artistic and spiritual. Our school also prides itself on its strong sense of community and the respect it maintains between all of its stakeholders. Ultimately, we endeavour to reflect the practices of real life to enable your child to grow and develop. In the words of Maria Montesori ‘the education of even a small child, therefore, does not aim at preparing him for school, but for life.’
